Accommodation Facilities
Our luxury caravan is a holiday home you will immediately feel at home in from the moment you step through the door. There has been no compromise on comfort and the feeling of space is just superb. The open-plan modern styling and bay window gives a a feeling of space and comfort and the kitchen has been carefully designed with life's practicalities in mind.
The caravan is fully centrally heated. The spacious lounge has a gas fire, Sky TV and Radio/Cd Player. The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker (complete with oven and grill) a microwave, slow-cooker, fridge, toaster and kettle.
There is a well designed shower-room with WC, washhand basin and good-sized thermostat controlled shower cubicle, which can be made en-suite if desired. Sleeping arrangements consist one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The 2' 3" twin beds can be converted into a double bed if desired. The caravan sleeps 4 adults in comfort. An additional pull-out bed in the lounge is available for occasional use. Duvets & pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Bed linen can be provided at an additional charge but not towels..
A travel cot, high chair and buggy/pram can be provided on request. Secure storage for bicycles and golf clubs can be arranged nearby. There is an extensive enclosed veranda with outdoor furniture.
Gas and electricity included in the rent.
Laundry facilities are provided on the site and a shop selling newspapers and groceries is nearby on the adjacent park.
For safety & the comfort of all guests, we operate a strict no smoking policy in the caravan, and on the veranda. Sorry, no pets.
