Booking Procedure
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. This fee will become your ‘security deposit’. The full cost of your accommodation will be payable not less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The £50 ‘security deposit’ will be returned to you within 5 days of the accommodation being vacated on condition that there has been no damage or excessive cleaning to be done.
- The caravan is normally offered on a Saturday to Saturday basis for weekly holidays.
- Short breaks (min of 3 nights) are available, except during the month of August & Christmas/New Year.
- Arrival time from 2pm and the caravan to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
- We remind guests that Smoking is not permitted in the caravan.
- The maximum number of occupants is 5 including a baby.
- No single sex occupancy of 4 or more people.
- Prices are inclusive of electricity & gas.
